Hotel M'S Est Kyoto Station South

Cute little and clean hotel, the staff who served us were very attentive, and it had excellent location to the bus terminal.

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a shopping area, really close to Kyoto from Honolulu by the flight arriving to Kansai airoport at 20.25 and multiple attractions in Kyoto-such as Kinkakuji, Gion and Kiyomizu-dera, and Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. My room included climate control and well enough space. Functional bathroom was large. The staff were excellent and efficient in case of questions. It had central location close to Kasuga Park. I had very nice days staying at this brand-new property.

The location is good; the hotel is quite new

The rooms and specially the bathroom are tiny; there is neither in the hotel nor in the close neighbourhood a breakfast; coffee powder has to be bought for 50 yen/cup.

The room was cozy, but it had poor ventilation and dust issues.

the setting was amazing, next to near 2 stores as well as selected tourist sites around kyoto such as kinkakuji. plus, main attraction such as world was 3 km from this hotel.

I found the hotel a few steps from Kyoto Station.5 km away. After busy days of wandering, having a clean, comfortable room to return to was a true delight. I loved how the friendly staff even helped me with directions, especially when I just needed to unwind after long walks through this beautiful city.

Had the freshest salads while munching on some tasty local eats, just a hop from Kyoto Station! Plus, the leg massager in the room seemed like a delicious cherry on top after long day exploring. Super clean digs too!

The hotel's location so close to Kyoto Station was fantastic, and the room was modern and clean. The fridge wasn’t working properly and the staff's English wasn't always clear, which could be frustrating. But overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Friendly and helpful staff greeted me at every arrival and departure. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, although it was a bit small, as expected. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the station, but I experienced some noise from traffic and co-guests, occasionally disturbing.
